SH Fitness trainers come to you! We work in your preferred environment; your home, garden or Local Park.
This way you receive a truly personal service, without expensive gym membership or cluttered studios.
Our experience proves that without the outside distractions, you can build a much stronger relationship with your trainer, helping you see better and faster results.
We offer 1-1. 2-1 and group sessions, all of which are tailored exactly to your goals and strengths. We delve straight into our clients’ diet and eating habits on the first meeting. We will create a personalised diet plan to supplement your training, absolutely free! Not only do we examine your habits and train in your most comfortable environment, we also offer round the clock advice, knowledge and tips. We are enjoy going the extra mile for our clients and pride ourselves on making them feel like we really are their personal trainer.
