When I met Dan, general movement levels day to day where at an all-time low. What I mean by this is a daily routine would be, wake up, drive to work (a 5 minute drive), sit at his computer all day, drive back home and sit on the sofa. It is of no surprise that when we started to add a few bespoke, varied and motivational PT sessions in weekly, things started to happen! All of a sudden, Dan was walking to work, motivating himself to go for runs or do spinning classes and he stopped ordering takeaways! Amazing! The change I have seen in Dan’s life, not only how we looks but how he goes about his normal day now is incredible and so great to see. He looks like a completely different person, let’s keep smashing it Dan!
